It is of utmost importance to make collectors' experience most pleasant and efforless. The current gallery store policies reflect the best practices in the industry. Please review them to learn what to expect while purchasing art.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW THE GALLERY STORE POLICIES IN ADVANCE OF PURCHASING AN ARTWORK, PARTICULARLY PAY ATTENTION TO CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES DETAILED BELOW.

Ordering

How to Place an Order

Original artworks and other products are available for purchase with clearly purchase prices. Please click the "Shop" link in the menu to go to our online store pages. The store pages have additional images and description to assist you in your decision. If you need more information, use the Contact form to request additional information or to schedule a call. 

If the artwork you like is marked as SOLD, there are options of ordering a fine art print, placing a commission or finsing something similar in style or size.

Forms of Payment

We accept almost all major credit cards.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS BY CASH, CHECKS (EITHER BUSINESS OR PERSONAL). THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Please use the Contact form if you have problems with  credit card payment or would like to pay via a wire transfer.

Pricing

Price of the artwork factors in the market value of comparable artworks in the same style, size, mastery range and the artist global ranking.  All these factors are carefully considered to provide the best value for collectors.

Discounts

Sometimes there may be a special campaigns or offer discounts that we will be feature prominently on the website. If you have a very serious interest in a particular piece and would like to know if a discount is available, please Contact, so we can negotiate a mutually acceptable discount level.

Delivery Policy

Curretly Original Art Works are delivered globaly free of charge. There may be a few geographic locations that are an exception as per The Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury. If your location is currently restricted, it may change in the future, so check back with us later. For more details to to the OFACT site: https://ofac.treasury.gov/

What to Expect After the Order is Placed

After you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. All shipments are scheduled with major carreirs such as FexEx, DHL, UPS: 

  • Transport of the artwork(s) to your delivery address

  • Delivery of your artwork(s) to your front door/front lobby

  • NOTE: This service does not include unpackaging, removal of packaging materials, or installation

If you have any instructions regarding delivery, such as driveway, stair and elevator access, please provide us with instructions at the time or ordering or by filing out Contact form. 

Tracking your shipment

For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, it is recommended that you track your package via the particular shipping carrier's website that will be listed on your shipment confirmation email. This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details.

If you have any questions on the status of your order, please fill out the Contact form and provide your order number.  

If the Original Art Work arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it per our RETURN POLICY specified below.

Shipping Packages

Each item ships individually. There are 3 major types of packaging:

 

1. Cardboard Box

Artworks of up to 48 inches (122 cm) are shipped according to our very high standards in sturdy, well-protected cardboard boxes . Expect your artwork to arrive well packed and protected. Go to PACKING page to view more detail.

 

2. Crate

Very large artworks are shipped in crates. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together. 

 

3. Tube

Some items, such as drawing and unstretched canvases may arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized unstretched canvases, works on paper and fine art prints, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Upon immediate delivery, make sure to send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling Original Art Orders


All collectors have the right to cancel their order of an Original Art Work any time before shipment. Please contact us immediately to start the cacellation process. Once the order is shipped, then it is subject to our RETURN POLICY specified below.

 

Final Sale Items that are clearly labeled as such are not eligible for cancellations. 

To start a Cancellation Request, please use the Contact form and enter "Cancel Order" in the subject line in order to escalate priority of your request.

Return Policy

Two-Week Satisfaction Guarantee

If you changed your mind about the artwork you received, you have 14 days from the date you received based on the delivery carrier tracking records, to let us know about your wish to return the received Original Art Work.

 

Refunds will be issued using either of two options:

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. A refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

 

If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to help you find a perfect piece.

If the Original Art Work arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Make sure to document any damage at the time of unpacking. Misrepresentation, such as slight color variations could be due to different computer monitor phone screen settings and are not considered as grounds for a full refund (100%). It is subject to the general refund policy stated above.

 

All refunds will be remitted in USD.

All return shipments must be arranged through us and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). Any deviations from the original packing and shipping methods may result in damage and will be the reason for declining a refund.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, framed or altered in any capacity after purchase.

 

No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.
